Payments & Shipping

If your order is less to ship than you were charged
you will get a refund ~

Shipping Methods

Due to changes in the USPS shipping charges, we may choose to ship the box UPS instead of USPS ~ This is at our choosing if the box is too large for USPS and what you were charged doesn't cover the larger box ~ Please contact us if there is a problem with us changing the shipping method ~ Shipping insurance is included with all UPS shipments. 

If shipped overnight a signature is required to receive the package~ Shipping insurance is optional with all USPS (Postal Service) shipments, but is strongly encouraged. We WILL NOT cover lost or damaged items without shipping insurance.  PLEASE contact me to purchase shipping insurance. 

Returns and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Returns are only allowed with prior authorization.  Items must be returned in their original condition. Please contact us by e-mail for a return authorization number. Items returned without authorization will be refused. Please contact us at lori@katiesrosecottage.com to see if an item is eligible for return.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging within 7 days of receipt. All sales become final 7 days after your have received your item(s). 

Shipping fees are never refundable. We will not be responsible for return shipping fees and it must be insured for full value of the item. Please ask questions prior to ordering. We will issue you a store credit only and shipping fees and insurance fees are non refundable. 

Returns must be completed 7 days within receipt of the item ~

Lost or damaged items shipped without shipping insurance are not subject to our return or refund policy.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be duplicated. Please ask questions prior to ordering ~

All refunds will be credited back to a valid PayPal account only. If there is not a valid PayPal account a store credit will be issued. All returns  will be for store credit only ~

Damaged Goods

Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Documentation of the damage must be proved and damage must be available for inspection ~
