to changes in the USPS shipping charges, we may choose to
ship the box UPS instead of USPS ~ This is at our choosing if the box
is too large for USPS and what you were charged doesn't cover the
larger box ~ Please contact us if there is a problem with us changing
the shipping method ~ Shipping
insurance is included with all UPS shipments and priority USPS shipments ~
If shipped overnight a signature is required to receive the package~
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Returns are only allowed with prior authorization. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please contact us by e-mail for a return authorization number. Items returned without authorization will be refused. Please contact us at email@example.com to see if an item is eligible for return.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging within 7 days of receipt. All sales become final 7 days after your have received your item(s).
Shipping fees are never refundable. We will not be responsible for return shipping fees and it must be insured for full value of the item. Please ask questions prior to ordering. We will issue you a store credit only and shipping fees and insurance fees are non refundable.
Returns must be completed 7 days within receipt of the item ~
Lost or damaged items shipped without shipping insurance are not subject to our return or refund policy.
All custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be duplicated. Please ask questions prior to ordering ~
